Senior Blockchain Developer (C++/ Go)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cryptocurrency organization seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer with deep expertise in C++ and Go. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure and decentralized finance applications.

This role is ideal for experienced engineers who are passionate about distributed systems and want to shape the technical foundation of next-generation blockchain platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect full node software for a Proof of Stake blockchain platform
• Develop production-grade code in Golang and C++
• Write comprehensive documentation for code, algorithms, interfaces, and APIs
• Conduct thorough testing and peer code reviews
• Maintain existing blockchain node software and resolve technical issues
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering team members
• Contribute to the technical strategy for DeFi products and platform improvements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Go and/or C++
• 7+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills, including Node.js and React
• Deep understanding of core computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver results independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of core blockchain development experience on commercial or large open-source projects
• Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized governance systems, and consensus mechanisms
• Experience with Ethereum-compatible platforms and DeFi protocols
