Client Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI solutions organization in their search for a Client Partner to join their team in Brazil or Spain. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on project delivery, serving as the bridge between client objectives and technical execution in the AI data services space.

As Client Partner, you'll own key client relationships from engagement through delivery, ensuring projects are scoped appropriately, delivered profitably, and positioned for long-term growth. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex project variables, and identify expansion opportunities that drive both client success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders throughout project engagements
• Define project approaches, deliverables, staffing requirements, pricing structures, and success metrics in collaboration with internal teams
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests across the full lifecycle
• Identify and develop opportunities to expand service offerings and renew engagements, working closely with Sales and Marketing
• Lead performance reviews and post-project evaluations to assess business impact and strengthen future client relationships
• Maintain accurate revenue and margin forecasts using pipeline management systems
• Coordinate across time zones to ensure meaningful overlap with clients and colleagues in different regions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing client relationships and projects in AI, machine learning, data services, or related technology solutions environments
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in a client-facing capacity
• Proven track record managing project scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort engaging with technical concepts in AI, large language models, and data annotation
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities and support profitable growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex information clearly
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving client needs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in project management, account expansion, or strategic consulting roles
• Proficiency with revenue/margin forecasting tools (Excel, CRM/pipeline systems)
• Willingness to adjust working hours for cross-regional collaboration
