Chief of Staff (Sales)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded Series A analytics company in Berlin that is experiencing rapid growth. Our client operates in the AI and SaaS space, serving marketing and growth teams with cutting-edge technology. They are seeking a Chief of Staff to support their Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team during this exciting scaling phase.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for an exceptional professional who wants deep exposure to company building. You'll start with a sales focus, helping shape go-to-market strategy and uncover new revenue opportunities. This position offers extraordinary learning velocity and direct influence on company growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, deploying where the business needs you most
• Help build and refine the sales playbook and identify untapped revenue opportunities
• Create content and drive launches for new product and growth initiatives
• Design internal processes and maintain operational excellence across daily workflows
• Support talent acquisition efforts, from coordinating recruiting to attracting top-tier candidates
• Tackle ambiguous, complex problems with speed and agility

What We're Looking For

Required Background (either):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results from a top university, plus 2+ internships at a top-tier startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm
• OR 1+ years of experience at a top-tier startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm

Essential Qualities:

• Deep passion for startups and ability to thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology with enthusiasm for hands-on work with AI and SaaS tools
• Drive to grow rapidly and take genuine ownership from day one

Bonus Experience:

• Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Creative ability and design sensibility for creating polished content and presentations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €90,000 – €110,000 plus equity participation
