Product Manager – Investing (f/m/x)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization in Germany that provides brokerage infrastructure to financial institutions across Europe. We're seeking a Product Manager to join their Investing domain, working on core capabilities that enterprise partners depend on daily.

This is a hybrid role based in Germany. You'll report to a Senior Product Manager and own the roadmap for partner-critical features including trading mechanics, tax handling, corporate actions, and related investing capabilities. Your work will directly enable some of Europe's largest financial institutions to launch compliant investment products on modern infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap delivery for key Investing capabilities, from problem definition through launch and iteration
• Work embedded in cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, solutions, risk, finance, and compliance
• Prioritize feature commitments using quantitative and qualitative evidence, balancing partner needs against platform strategy
• Engage directly with enterprise partners and prospects to scope requirements, negotiate timelines, and manage delivery expectations
• Collaborate with parent-group counterparts on joint product initiatives, translating between different organizational workflows
• Design solutions with platform longevity in mind rather than partner-specific one-offs
• Monitor regulatory and market developments relevant to capital markets infrastructure
• Maintain clear documentation across partner communications, product specs, and internal decision records

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of product management experience shipping complex products independently
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments—you can structure problem spaces and move forward without waiting for direction
• Evidence-based decision-making and willingness to iterate when data changes your assumptions
• Strong written communication skills for specs, partner correspondence, and internal documentation
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflows
• Professional fluency in both English and German (required)
• Experience in regulated fintech, brokerage, or B2B SaaS environments is a strong plus
