Visiting Founders Associate (Sales)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded SaaS company in Berlin that is reimagining how brands understand their digital presence in the age of AI-driven search and discovery. Our client is a Series A organization experiencing rapid growth, and they need a versatile Visiting Founders Associate to work across sales, growth, and customer success for a 3-6 month engagement.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with leadership in a fast-scaling environment, taking on high-impact projects that span multiple functions. You'll help build sales playbooks, launch new initiatives, design internal processes, and tackle undefined problems that matter to the business.

Responsibilities

• Work flexibly across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success functions based on company priorities
• Help develop and refine sales playbooks while identifying untapped revenue opportunities
• Create content and drive execution for new product and growth initiatives
• Design and implement internal processes to improve operational efficiency
• Support talent acquisition efforts, from coordinating recruiting activities to attracting high-caliber candidates
• Take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority problems and drive them to resolution
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated with immediate availability for 3-6 months full-time
• Prior exposure to fast-paced environments such as startups, VC funds, investment banking, strategy consulting, or substantial student initiatives
• Genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and ability to thrive in unstructured settings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfort in outreach and relationship-building
• Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for working with AI and SaaS tools
• Hunger to learn quickly and take real ownership from day one

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data
• Creative mindset with design sensibility for content and presentation materials

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €3,000 per month
