Visiting GTM Associate

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential Series A SaaS organization in Berlin that is experiencing rapid growth in the analytics and enterprise software space. They are looking for a motivated Visiting GTM Associate to join their go-to-market efforts for an immediate-start, 3-6 month engagement working directly with leadership.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated who wants hands-on experience building sales infrastructure and processes at a fast-moving technology company.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify leads to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline
• Support senior leadership in closing deals and managing key client relationships
• Create and refine sales playbooks, developing repeatable processes that scale
• Design and implement automations across the sales tech stack to improve efficiency and tracking
• Develop sales content including outreach sequences, pitch decks, and case studies
• Contribute to revenue operations by analyzing metrics, improving CRM hygiene, and streamlining data flows
• Take on diverse challenges in a dynamic environment with a learning-focused mindset

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying, on a gap semester, or recently graduated, and available immediately full-time for 3-6 months
• Strong interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and revenue growth
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal—comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
• Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with AI and automation tools
• Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Team player with low ego who is easy to work with and willing to tackle operational tasks
• Available for immediate start in Berlin

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, Notion, or workflow automation platforms
• Exposure to sales operations, CRM management, or data-driven growth initiatives
• Ability to craft engaging sales materials and articulate value propositions clearly
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
