Responsibilities

- Handle cash and payment processing, maintaining accuracy and security at all times
- Help train team members on products, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and resolve customer queries professionally
