Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure consistent, attentive service throughout their visit
  • Take drink and food orders accurately, communicating clearly with kitchen and bar teams
  • Prepare and serve beverages to high standards, including soft drinks, beers, wines, and cocktails
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the venue
  • Handle payments accurately and process transactions using point-of-sale systems
  • Support bar staff with stock rotation, glassware, and general establishment maintenance
  • Comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including responsible alcohol service

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in hospitality
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods
  • Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
  • Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing payments
  • Willingness to follow health and safety procedures and licensing requirements
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is valued but not essential
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
