Product Designer

Informa Group Plc. is hiring a Product Designer to join our team in a remote, full-time role. Based in Milton, England, GB, this position offers the opportunity to design digital products and user experiences that matter to our global audience.

What This Role Involves

As a Product Designer at Informa Group Plc., you will lead the end-to-end design of intuitive, user-centred digital products and platforms. In this full-time position, you'll partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into elegant product solutions. Your designs will directly shape how millions of users discover and interact with our services.

What You'll Do

• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify design opportunities and user pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
• Develop and evolve design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across products
• Collaborate across teams to define product vision, requirements, and user experience strategy
• Gather and incorporate feedback from user testing, analytics, and stakeholder input into iterative designs
• Document design specifications and decision rationale for handoff to development teams
• Participate in design critique sessions and contribute to strengthening our design culture
• Champion user-focused design thinking and accessibility best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience in digital product or software environments
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or comparable design platforms
• Strong foundation in UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user research
• Portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving approach, and visual communication
• Proven experience designing for web and/or mobile products
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Understanding of design systems, component-based architecture, and scalable design patterns
