About This Position
This is a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) focused on pediatric home care in the O'Fallon region. You'll work premium overnight shifts, providing direct patient care, monitoring, and support to children with complex medical needs in a home environment. The role offers the meaningful work of pediatric nursing combined with the flexibility and personal connection of home-based care. New hires receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus to support your transition into this rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes during overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs, medications, and medical equipment; document patient progress and clinical observations
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the care team to support treatment plans and patient comfort
- Respond promptly to patient needs and potential complications during night hours
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate updates to the healthcare team

Skills & Qualifications
