Role Overview
This full-time overnight position offers LPNs and RNs the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric patients within their home environment. You'll work overnight shifts delivering direct patient care, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring the highest standard of nursing excellence in pediatric home healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients throughout overnight shifts, including assessment, monitoring, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of patient conditions and care provided
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient status to supervising healthcare providers
- Support patients' comfort, safety, and emotional well-being during overnight hours in home settings

- Active LPN or RN licensure in Missouri
