Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture ongoing relationships with assigned clients through regular outreach, needs analysis, and personalized service recommendations
- Present and sell deposit products, credit services, investment options, and other banking solutions appropriate to customer circumstances
- Process applications, account openings, and transactions while ensuring complete documentation and regulatory accuracy
- Partner with loan officers and departments to guide customers through credit evaluation and approval workflows
- Achieve assigned sales targets for new accounts, services, and revenue-generating products
- Maintain accurate records, follow compliance protocols, and uphold banking standards in all customer interactions
- Support branch operations and cross-sell initiatives to maximize customer wallet share
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in banking, retail banking, or customer-facing financial services
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse clients
- Sales experience or demonstrated track record of meeting business development goals
- Working knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements or ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable with computer applications and banking software platforms
