About the Role

As a Relationship Banker I, you'll serve as a frontline financial professional responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our personal and small business customers. This role combines customer service excellence with sales expertise, helping clients find the banking solutions that align with their financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Open new deposit accounts and manage ongoing account maintenance for retail and small business clients
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products, services, and solutions
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and loan inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, personal loans, and other financial services
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to increase wallet share and customer retention
• Educate customers on banking services, digital tools, and account features
• Maintain regulatory compliance and adhere to all banking policies and procedures
• Achieve sales and service quality targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or banking experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Sales-oriented mindset with the drive to meet performance goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
