What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and homeownership objectives
• Present mortgage products and loan structures that align with each borrower's situation
• Collect, review, and organize loan applications and supporting financial documentation
• Evaluate creditworthiness and verify qualification criteria for loan approval
• Prepare loan proposals, terms, and closing documentation
• Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and internal teams to advance loans through the pipeline
• Ensure all lending activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to serve borrowers' evolving needs

What We're Looking For

• Active Missouri mortgage loan officer license (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience originating residential mortgage loans
• Solid understanding of loan programs, underwriting requirements, and lending compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation
• Self-motivated approach with the drive to meet business objectives
