Delivery and Installation Specialist

Aaron's Inc is hiring a full-time Delivery and Installation Specialist in the Village of Los Ranchos, Bernalillo County — a hands-on, store-based role for someone who would rather stay active than sit behind a desk all day.

About the Role

As a Delivery and Installation Specialist at Aaron's Inc, you'll be one of the people who keeps our store moving. Based out of our Village of Los Ranchos location in Bernalillo County, you'll split your time between the road, the showroom, and customers' homes — delivering merchandise, setting it up, and making sure every customer knows exactly how to get the most out of their products. The pay range for this position is $15.25 to $16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport merchandise to and from customer locations
• Deliver, install, and set up products, then walk customers through how to operate and care for them
• Pick up returned or exchanged merchandise as scheduled
• Pitch in around the store with moving, staging, and installing inventory as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service during every customer interaction, indoors and out

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering merchandise
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record suitable for operating company vehicles
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to support teammates wherever the store needs help
• Strong customer-service skills and the ability to clearly demonstrate product use
• Able to work on-site at the Village of Los Ranchos store (this is not a remote position)
