Relationship Banker I – Hapeville Branch

Regions Bank is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker I to join our Hapeville Branch in Fulton County. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with our customers while delivering exceptional financial solutions and service.

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker I at our Hapeville location, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking banking services, financial guidance, and products that meet their needs. This is a customer-facing position where your ability to listen, advise, and execute matters every day. You'll manage account services, identify customer needs, and connect them with the right banking solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

What You'll Do

• Open and service customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
• Conduct financial consultations and explain banking products including checking, savings, credit cards, and loans
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent, professional service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional Regions Bank services
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and company policies
• Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Customer service experience in a professional setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse customers
• Basic math skills and comfort with financial concepts
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized work approach
• Willingness to learn about banking products and industry practices
• Ability to work full-time hours including possible Saturday availability
