We're seeking an experienced process engineering professional to optimise pressing operations and drive continuous improvement across our advanced manufacturing systems.

The Opportunity

This remote position offers the chance to develop and refine manufacturing processes for pressing technology at one of the world's leading engineering and technology companies. You'll take ownership of process optimisation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability in our pressing machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyse, and optimise pressing machine processes to achieve production targets and quality standards
• Conduct process capability studies and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot process challenges
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor process performance metrics and recommend modifications to enhance operational efficiency
• Support equipment validation and installation of new pressing technology
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of pressing technology, metal stamping, or sheet metal processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with process analysis tools and manufacturing software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Fluency in English; Hungarian language skills beneficial
