Bison Transport Inc. is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Company Driver in Mount Pleasant, Racine County to join our over-the-road dry van fleet. We're seeking drivers with a minimum of six months OTR experience who are ready to run consistent loads and earn premium weekly pay.

About the Role

This is a full-time, over-the-road position operating a dry van for regular freight hauls. You'll enjoy the independence of the open road while benefiting from steady, predictable loads and reliable work. Compensation ranges from $1,350 to $1,800 per week, with weekly pay cycles so you're never waiting long for your earnings.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally across assigned OTR routes
• Deliver freight on time while maintaining vehicle and load security
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance and vehicle readiness
• Log hours in accordance with federal regulations and company standards
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Minimum six months of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Strong safety record and clean driving history
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and background check
• Reliability and professional communication skills
• Comfort with independent OTR routes and time away from home
