The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fluent American Sign Language interpretation across general education classes, specialized instruction, and one-on-one student support
- Interpret during individualized education plan (IEP) meetings, parent conferences, and collaborative team discussions
- Support student participation in school assemblies, extracurricular activities, and social events
- Maintain professional standards of confidentiality, neutrality, and interpreting accuracy at all times
- Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and support personnel to enhance communication effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated fluency and professional competency in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Prior interpreting experience in school-based or special education contexts
