About the Role

This full‑time position supports students throughout the 2026‑2027 school year. Eligible clinicians can earn a $2,000 completion bonus upon fulfilling the full assignment and have the opportunity to receive up to $3,000 in referral bonuses for successful recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse learning and physical needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals related to fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive classroom strategies.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust intervention plans based on student outcomes.
• Participate in professional development activities and stay current with evidence‑based practices in school‑based OT.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• NBCOT certification in good standing.
• Experience working in pediatric or school settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of developmental milestones, sensory integration, and adaptive equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and families.
• Ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 hours per week while meeting documentation deadlines.
• Commitment to the full 2026‑2027 school year to qualify for the completion bonus.
