Area Sales Manager in der Region Oldenburg – Bremen (m/w/div.)

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for the Oldenburg–Bremen region, based at our Leinfelden-Echterdingen office in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts across a strategically important territory, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction within one of Europe's most dynamic industrial markets.

The Opportunity

As Area Sales Manager covering the Oldenburg–Bremen region, you will take ownership of sales performance across your assigned territory, building and nurturing client relationships whilst identifying new business opportunities. This role combines direct client engagement with strategic account management, enabling you to have measurable impact on our market presence in the region. You will work closely with both established accounts and prospective customers, translating their needs into tailored solutions that drive long-term partnerships.

Core Duties

• Manage and expand the client portfolio within the Oldenburg–Bremen area, achieving sales targets and revenue objectives
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that reflect local market conditions and customer requirements
• Build lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify market opportunities and lead prospecting activities to secure new business
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations tailored to client needs
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends within the region
• Report on sales performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales management or a similar customer-facing leadership role
• Strong understanding of the German industrial or technical sales landscape
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining collaborative relationships with internal teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
