Interagency, Inc. is hiring an Architectural Project Manager in Washington, D.C., US to lead complex infrastructure and environmental planning initiatives. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive transformative climate and resiliency projects across the DC metro region and beyond.

About the Role

As a mid-career or senior Architectural Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure and resiliency programs. You'll manage project timelines, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, navigate regulatory frameworks, and ensure projects align with environmental and community goals. This role combines technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning to advance major climate change initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Direct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for infrastructure and resiliency programs
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, environmental specialists, and regulatory agencies
  • Manage regulatory compliance, permitting, and environmental review processes
  • Serve as primary liaison between clients, design teams, and government stakeholders
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality deliverables
  • Identify risk factors and develop mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles
  • Contribute to proposal development and project acquisition efforts

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of project management or architectural experience, ideally in infrastructure, planning, or environmental consulting
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulatory frameworks and permitting processes
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies and interagency teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred
  • Architecture license or related professional credentials a plus
  • Commitment to climate resilience and sustainable infrastructure
