Join Never Ending Travels as a full-time Remote Travel Coordinator and help customers in Corona, Queens and beyond discover and plan their perfect getaway. Working entirely online, you'll partner directly with travelers to craft custom itineraries and guide them through our comprehensive travel packages.
About the Role
As our Remote Travel Coordinator, you're a key part of our distributed team, collaborating through monthly virtual meetings and calls. You'll work directly with customers to understand their travel dreams, preferences, and budget constraints, then create personalized travel itineraries that turn those dreams into reality.
What You'll Do
- Assess individual customer needs and travel goals to recommend tailored travel packages
- Develop custom itineraries that align with customer preferences, timeline, and budget
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the planning process
