Key Responsibilities

• Offer light housekeeping, laundry, and tidy living-space support to keep environments safe and comfortable
• Assist with safe mobility, walking, transfers, and repositioning to reduce fall risk

• Observe and promptly report health or behavioral changes to supervisors and designated family contacts
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and follow all safety and infection-control procedures
