CDI – CHEF DE PRODUIT CHAINE & TRAME FEMME (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential luxury fashion organization seeking a Product Manager for Women's Woven Categories. In this role, you will oversee the development of tailoring, shirting, and fluid woven garments in collaboration with design teams, ensuring adherence to pricing, quality, and timeline objectives.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the full development cycle of women's woven products from initial brief through to standardization
• Participating in product development sessions including prototypes, fittings, and final validations to ensure quality, fit, and accurate technical specifications
• Contributing to target pricing and margin objectives by integrating manufacturing constraints early in the development process and proposing cost optimizations
• Coordinating communications with manufacturing partners and maintaining operational links between the studio, atelier, and production teams
• Tracking development progress, anticipating potential risks, and ensuring all development milestones are met on schedule
• Ensuring smooth information flow across all stakeholders throughout the product development process

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in woven product development, ideally gained within a demanding fashion or luxury environment.

Required qualifications:

• Deep expertise in product development techniques from briefing through standardization for tailored garments, shirting, and fluid woven categories
• Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit requirements specific to woven categories
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with PLM systems is a valued asset
• Ability to thrive in a creative, high-standards environment with tight deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to execution quality
• Adaptability to manage multiple concurrent developments with shifting priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (studio, atelier, production) and manage external manufacturing partners
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based position
