About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology consulting firm seeking an Atlassian Consultant to join their team in Munich. Our client helps organizations optimize collaboration and implement agile processes through strategic technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with enterprise clients on digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices and recommend appropriate Atlassian solutions for their business processes
- Analyze business requirements, document processes, and develop solution architectures
- Build collaborative intranet environments using Confluence for digital workplace implementations
- Design and configure Jira workflows to digitize and automate business processes
- Lead project delivery and coordinate with development teams to extend Atlassian capabilities through apps and custom macros
What We're Looking For
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products including Jira and Confluence
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing project experience
- Strong process orientation with curiosity for understanding and improving systems; excellent customer service mindset
- High quality standards, commitment, and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team player
- Fluent in both English and German
- Preferred: Atlassian certification (or interest in obtaining), administration experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), and experience managing projects independently
Location: Munich, with hybrid/flexible working arrangements available
