CDD – ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER (F/H)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a prestigious luxury fashion house in Paris, seeking an Architect Project Manager for a fixed-term contract (CDD). Our client is known internationally for their exceptional retail experience and sophisticated design approach. This role reports to the Architecture and Store Planning team and supports the development of boutique projects worldwide.

This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible, based at our client's headquarters in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

Responsibilities

• Support the Architecture and Store Planning team in developing, managing, and coordinating architectural projects for boutique openings and renovations
• Prepare and collect project implementation information, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and debriefing
• Create CAD drawings, 3D models, and project presentations for design development phases
• Conduct material research and prepare sample boards for design presentations
• Manage project coordination between internal teams and external parties (contractors, suppliers, consultants)
• Assist with bid preparation and analyze project cost monitoring results
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions from contractors and suppliers
• Monitor construction progress and project milestones to ensure timeline targets are met
• Produce and distribute periodic reports on ongoing projects and related meetings
• Maintain the projects database and material library
• Research, certify, and follow up with suppliers and consultants

What We're Looking For

• Education: Degree in Architecture required
• Experience: 3–6 years in architecture, ideally within the luxury sector, either at a brand or architecture studio
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and project delivery processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development
• Skills: Highly organized, team-oriented, rigorous, detail-focused, flexible, and agile
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
• Technical proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp (V-Ray is a plus), Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel
• Understanding of retail architecture and boutique fit-out standards in the luxury sector
