Responsibilities

As a senior associate in our client's civil and corporate law practice, you will:

• Lead national and cross-border private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts (LBOs/MBOs), exits, and co-investments
• Independently manage mandates and develop long-term client relationships
• Conduct and strategically guide commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings
• Advise on corporate transactions, restructurings, and reorganizations
• Actively contribute to the development and expansion of the civil and corporate law practice area

What We're Looking For

Our client, a confidential international law firm in Berlin, seeks a senior associate with:

• Both state examinations completed with a minimum of 8 points each (überdurchschnittlich)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in general civil law as well as commercial and corporate law
• Fluent English language skills for international client work
• Strong interest in building a long-term career with partnership potential
