About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the European mobility sector who is establishing operations at Paris Airport. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Station Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of this new location. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a facility from the ground up while working with established international processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the independent establishment and ongoing management of the Paris Airport location, coordinating closely with central support departments
- Oversee day-to-day operations including vehicle returns, customer handovers, and vehicle preparation
- Implement existing operational standards while contributing process improvement ideas
- Build, onboard, and lead your on-site team with effective task planning and quality control
- Recruit and select the right talent to grow your team
- Manage the local vehicle fleet: documentation, maintenance scheduling, cleanliness standards, and coordination with service partners
- Provide customer consultation on products and services, ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Maintain regular communication with international teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or studies in a relevant field, or comparable qualification
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar sectors (career changers welcome)
- Experience leading employees or teams is advantageous
- High service and customer orientation with a friendly, open demeanor
- Hands-on communicator who takes initiative
- Resilient problem solver with strong organizational skills
- Excellent English plus fluent French
- Valid Class B driver's license

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: €36,000 - €38,000 gross per year. Final placement within this range will be determined based on your skills and experience during the interview process.
