Women’s Health Specialist – Certified Nurse Midwife credential

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a Women's Health Specialist - Certified Nurse Midwife to join their AI-powered women's health platform. This is a remote, variable-hour position serving women across pregnancy and postpartum pathways through a technology-enabled care delivery model.

In this role, you'll provide expert clinical guidance while AI technology handles detection and routing, allowing you to focus on delivering personalized, whole-body care at scale. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to support women through pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, early postpartum recovery, and lactation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guidance on functional, physical, and emotional aspects of pregnancy wellness, birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and lactation support
• Identify when member needs fall outside wellness scope and require clinical evaluation
• Contribute to program protocol development and participate in quality review processes
• Support operational workflows and help scale consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure comprehensive member support
• Maintain clinical rigor while focusing on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted CNM licensure with national certification through AMCB
• IBCLC certification (required)
• Experience in telehealth or digital health environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills that translate effectively to digital care delivery
• Ability to build trust and engagement in virtual settings
• Capacity to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong commitment to data security and privacy
• Legal right to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of clinical experience in postpartum care, lactation, and midwifery
• Thorough understanding of wellness services delivery models
• Clear understanding of scope boundaries within wellness frameworks
• Experience or comfort with AI-assisted tools in clinical practice
