Senior Contract Recruiter – Go to Market (GTM)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter for a 4-month engagement focused on Go-To-Market and General & Administrative hiring across EMEA markets. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate functions, partnering directly with senior leadership to build pipeline and drive hiring momentum.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing full-lifecycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer extension and onboarding handoff for GTM roles (Enterprise Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success) and G&A functions (Finance, Legal, HR)
• Designing and executing targeted direct-sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, UK job boards, and professional networks to identify top-tier commercial and corporate talent
• Conducting competency-based and behavioral screenings to assess candidate fit with role requirements and organizational culture
• Acting as a strategic advisor to UK hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business priorities
• Delivering exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
• Maintaining accurate ATS records, managing interview coordination, and ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and right-to-work regulations
• Providing hiring managers with market insights on UK talent dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience with proven success hiring GTM (Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success) and G&A roles
• Senior-level recruiting experience (P4 equivalent), managing high-volume or complex senior positions independently
• Deep knowledge of EMEA recruitment markets, compensation structures, and UK labor standards/employment legislation
• Advanced direct-sourcing capabilities with a track record engaging passive talent in competitive markets
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on expertise with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools
• Immediate availability to commit to a full-time, 4-month contract in the UK
• Prior experience in fast-growth tech/SaaS environments and/or agency backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree preferred
