Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator (International)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential entertainment organization seeking a Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator based in London. In this role, you will translate learning, performance, and growth strategy into practical, high-impact execution across international regions including Europe, Africa, Australia & New Zealand, and Asia & Middle East.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in setting global learning strategy while ensuring local and regional cultural needs are represented and considered, driving delivery across international markets with regional consistency
• Establishing strategic partnerships with Regional Presidents and Regional People Experience VPs to translate strategy into regional and local deliverables and learning experiences
• Leading needs analyses with business partners and leaders, converting insights into scalable, measurable learning solutions that improve performance, skills, and capability development
• Designing and facilitating high-impact learning or group coaching experiences (live and virtual) that drive behavior change, team effectiveness, and high performance across multiple cultures and seniority levels
• Owning Train-the-Trainer for international regions, including designing and delivering recruitment and enablement, developing facilitator standards, building quality loops, and sustaining a facilitator community
• Leading through a matrix structure by directly managing local learning roles and providing support and coaching to extended teams, Learning Ambassadors, and cross-regional contributors
• Ensuring governance and coherence by reducing duplication, maintaining quality, and partnering with internal and external partners where appropriate
• Embedding measurement by defining success metrics and reporting, sharing executive-ready insights, and continuously improving experiences based on data and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior learning leader with significant experience designing and facilitating learning experiences (live and virtual) that deliver measurable behaviour change
• Strong people leader with experience coaching and developing teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones
• Confidence working in matrixed organizations with dual reporting lines and high stakeholder complexity
• Cultural fluency and agility with ability to tailor content and approach across regions, audiences, role functions, and business contexts
• Coaching capability strongly preferred; ICF accreditation (or progress toward) is an advantage
• Flexibility, adaptability, and experience in creative environments
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning measurement methodologies
• Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern learning technologies
• Willingness to travel as required for this role
