About the Role

We are representing a leading streaming entertainment organization in their search for a Senior Manager, CRM Marketing to lead localized customer engagement across European markets. Based in London, this role will own the regional CRM campaign calendar, driving high-impact campaigns that support major content launches and ongoing catalog discovery.

Our client operates at the intersection of entertainment and fan culture, serving a passionate community across multiple countries and languages. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-growing region, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution excellence.

You will plan and execute fan-first campaigns across owned channels, balancing tentpole content moments with always-on engagement. Success requires strong segmentation skills, analytical judgment, and the ability to craft messaging that creates emotional connection with audiences. You'll also serve as the regional subject matter expert, championing culturally resonant storytelling and local market nuance.

Responsibilities

• CRM Campaign Calendar Ownership: Own the complete CRM campaign calendar for Europe, coordinating tentpole releases, seasonal programming, and catalog campaigns across multiple markets, languages, and time zones
• Go-to-Market Campaigns: Collaborate with regional marketing, brand, programming, and content teams to design localized campaigns for major launches, seasonal events, partnerships, and fan activations
• Segmentation & Audience Strategy: Build targeted campaigns informed by user behavior, content affinities, regional nuances, and language preferences. Partner with Data Science and Growth teams to refine audience definitions and improve campaign precision
• Regional Market Expertise: Serve as the CRM market lead for Europe, advising on cultural nuances, local consumer behaviors, platform norms, and fan engagement opportunities
• Localized Lifecycle Strategy: Provide regional inputs into lifecycle journey strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback. Work closely with global Lifecycle Marketing teams to ensure regional insights are reflected in broader strategy
• Marketing Technology Ownership: Lead campaign execution and optimization within Braze or similar platforms across email, push, in-app, notification center, and relevant messaging channels. Own content-triggered messaging strategy while maintaining excellence in configuration, QA, measurement, and reporting
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Product, Brand, Content, Creative, Data Science, and GTM teams to create cohesive customer experiences aligned with local and global priorities
• Performance & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and apply insights to continuously improve effectiveness through test-and-learn approaches, cohort analysis, and incrementality-minded measurement
• Innovation & Experimentation: Stay ahead of market dynamics across multilingual markets, consent and preference management, deliverability best practices, and evolving platform changes to evolve CRM strategy and execution

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or subscriber engagement marketing, ideally within streaming, digital subscription, gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment industries
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze or comparable orchestration platforms, with focus on campaign planning/execution, segmentation, triggers, and multi-channel delivery
• Deep knowledge of European consumer behaviors, digital marketing platforms, and messaging ecosystems (including WhatsApp where applicable), with experience operating in privacy-first environments
• Strong creative acumen and storytelling ability—capable of translating content into customer-first messaging that builds emotional connection and drives action
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, develop insights, and translate them into targeting and creative optimizations
• Proven ability to collaborate across regional and global teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Passion for entertainment or fan-first brands is highly valued
• Additional proficiency in relevant European languages is a plus

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with the London market for this level of experience.
