About This Position

As a Server at Fogo, you'll be the cornerstone of our dining experience, building guest relationships and driving satisfaction from the moment diners arrive. This full-time server position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in attentive, personalized service. You'll work at one of our multiple locations, including opportunities in Tennessee and beyond, where you'll connect with diverse teams and guests every shift.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with genuine hospitality
• Present menus, answer questions about our cuisine and beverage offerings, and make recommendations
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction
• Monitor table needs proactively and check back regularly throughout the meal
• Handle payments, process transactions, and provide attentive closing service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless service flow

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven server experience in a full-service restaurant or upscale dining setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests naturally
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in orders and payments
• Physical stamina to work extended shifts and navigate a busy restaurant floor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of restaurant point-of-sale systems and payment processing
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
