Position Summary

As a Salad Bar Attendant at Fogo, you'll maintain and operate our salad bar, ensuring it remains well-stocked, beautifully presented, and perfectly organized throughout service. You'll be the face of our commitment to quality and freshness, working directly with guests to create memorable dining moments while keeping our operation efficient and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and replenish salad bar ingredients throughout each shift, maintaining freshness and visual appeal
• Monitor ingredient levels closely and communicate restocking needs to kitchen staff in a timely manner
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards for the salad bar, utensils, and surrounding service areas
• Assist guests with selections, recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations
• Follow all food safety protocols, health code requirements, and restaurant procedures
• Work efficiently and maintain composure during peak dining periods while upholding quality standards
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Availability for full-time work, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Friendly, welcoming personality with a genuine passion for guest service
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to take direction, work as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous food service experience is valued but not required for qualified candidates
