V105 – Personal Injury Litigation Assistant

Flywheel is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our legal team across 8 Locations. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients pursue justice, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in litigation.

About the Role

As a Personal Injury Litigation Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our litigation operations, supporting attorneys and paralegals in handling personal injury cases from initial intake through trial preparation and resolution. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact case outcomes and client satisfaction. This full-time position is based at one of our 8 Locations and requires in-person presence at our office.

Core Duties

• Assist attorneys with legal research, case analysis, and the preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage case files, evidence, and exhibits, ensuring all materials are organized, indexed, and readily accessible
• Coordinate client communications, including intake calls, updates, and gathering necessary statements and information
• Schedule and maintain case calendars, depositions, hearings, and trial dates; manage attorney calendaring and deadlines
• Support document review and database management for complex litigation matters
• Perform administrative duties including filing, billing coordination, and correspondence with opposing counsel and courts
• Conduct factual investigations and research to support case strategies

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency with legal research tools, case management software, and standard office applications
• Knowledge of personal injury law, litigation procedures, or related legal experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to professional growth
