Flywheel is hiring a V105- Virtual Immigration Legal Support Specialist for a full-time position across 8 Locations. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and legal support to immigration attorneys, helping clients navigate complex immigration cases and documentation requirements.

What This Role Involves

As a Virtual Immigration Legal Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our immigration legal team, managing the critical tasks that keep cases moving forward efficiently. You'll work directly with immigration attorneys to organize client matters, coordinate essential documentation, and maintain comprehensive case files that keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be vital as you support attorneys handling diverse immigration cases and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to immigration law teams, including scheduling, correspondence management, and case file organization
• Maintain and organize client documentation, visa applications, and immigration case records with meticulous attention to detail
• Assist with legal research on immigration law, regulatory updates, and relevant case precedents
• Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, and government immigration agencies
• Review immigration forms and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor case deadlines, filing requirements, and critical follow-up actions
• Support client intake procedures and develop organized systems for case information management

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated accuracy in legal documentation
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines
• Knowledge of immigration law terminology and processes, or strong capacity to develop expertise

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior legal or immigration support experience valued
