- Document all work completed and maintain comprehensive field records
- Ensure compliance with utility standards, OSHA requirements, and environmental regulations
- Communicate with utility teams to coordinate maintenance priorities and work schedules
- Uphold all safety protocols and company procedures on every assignment
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Utility Forester, Arborist, or in utility vegetation management
- Proficiency with forestry tools and equipment, including chainsaws and climbing apparatus
- Knowledge of tree species, health assessment, and growth characteristics
- Understanding of utility clearance standards and safety requirements
- Current or ability to obtain relevant certifications, such as ISA Certified Arborist
- Physical fitness for outdoor, often strenuous work in all weather conditions
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to accident prevention
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
