H&S Manager UK & IE

Fluenceenergy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team at one of our 2 locations, working full-time to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety programmes across our operations.

What This Role Involves

As H&S Manager for Fluenceenergy, you will take ownership of health and safety performance, ensuring compliance with UK and Irish legislation whilst embedding a genuine safety culture throughout the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work closely with teams across multiple sites, balancing strategic planning with practical, day-to-day safety management.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments aligned with legislative requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify hazards and prevent workplace injuries
• Lead health and safety training programmes and induction activities for all employees
• Manage reporting of incidents, accidents, and near-misses to the appropriate authorities where required
• Monitor health and safety performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure continuous improvement in safety standards
• Champion a proactive health and safety culture across the organisation

What You Bring

• Professional qualification in health and safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
• Proven experience managing health and safety across UK and/or Irish operations
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
