What This Role Involves

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Workday human capital management platform. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure our HRIS environment drives business efficiency, maintains compliance, and supports employee success. This role balances hands-on system administration with strategic planning to maximize the value of our Workday investment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Workday platform, including configuration, user access management, and security governance
  • Create and maintain Workday reports and analytics dashboards that deliver workforce insights to HR leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead Workday system upgrades, patches, and new functionality implementations
  • Configure and customize Workday modules to support core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management processes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support to end users across the organization
  • Develop and maintain documentation of HRIS processes and lead end-user training programs
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external Workday consultants on system projects and strategic enhancements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HRIS, HCM systems, or HR technology roles with proven Workday expertise
  • Deep knowledge of core HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and compensation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and integration capabilities
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with capacity to support users across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience acceptable
  • Workday professional certification or comparable HCM platform credential preferred
