About This Role

We are representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin seeking a (Senior) Print Project Manager. Our client is a full-service organization delivering strategic communication solutions across print, digital, and social media for clients in business, politics, and healthcare sectors. This is an immediate hire for their Berlin office at Schlesische Straße 26.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee cross-functional print projects from concept to delivery
• Lead and coordinate project teams through all production phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client consultation and communication
• Collaborate closely with editorial and creative departments to ensure alignment
• Manage the editorial print workflow and content development process
• Monitor and coordinate internal and external production workflows
• Plan and allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
• Develop project briefs, timelines, and budget estimates

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in print project management
• Structured, organized approach to complex project coordination
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution skills
• Excellent team collaboration and leadership abilities
• Strong affinity for print and magazine production processes
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage
• Fluency in German required for this Berlin-based position
