About This Role

We are representing a growing professional services organization in Münster that needs a technical automation specialist to build and optimize their digital infrastructure. You'll architect workflows, connect systems, and create intelligent automations that eliminate manual work across CRM, marketing, and operations platforms.

This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy. You'll work directly with leadership to determine which tools and workflows best serve the business, then implement end-to-end solutions that few automation specialists attempt at this level of integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations and workflows using Make (Integromat) and comparable platforms
• Develop and optimize marketing and sales funnels including forms, CRM integration, and follow-up sequences
• Connect multiple systems (Pipedrive, Google Workspace, AI tools, communication platforms, and others) into seamless automated processes
• Proactively identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with automation
• Document solutions clearly so team members can understand and maintain them

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n and no-code/low-code automation approaches
• Proven experience building funnels and integrating forms with CRM systems
• Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data structures (JSON)
• Independent, structured working style with ability to think through processes end-to-end
• Ideally experience with tools like Pipedrive, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms
• German language proficiency required for this Münster-based position
