Senior Field Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the UKI region. Our client serves enterprise customers globally and is focused on driving significant growth in the UK and Ireland market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a marketing team that has recently restructured and is positioned for expansion in 2026 and beyond.

Working remotely from London, you will partner with UKI sales leadership to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that generate qualified pipeline and build brand awareness. You will manage a Field Marketing Specialist and collaborate with pan-EMEA marketing teams to deliver multi-touch campaigns targeting strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with UKI leadership and Northern Europe Field Marketing teams to develop strategic approaches that drive regional growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to execute the regional go-to-market vision
• Execute the UKI marketing plan with clear focus on delivering key performance metrics
• Manage and develop a Field Marketing Specialist, providing day-to-day guidance and growth opportunities
• Continuously review and refine go-to-market tactics to ensure engagement and penetration into named strategic accounts
• Work with EMEA Programmes teams to create and execute vertical and use case campaigns, including ABM programs (1:Few, 1:1) and deal acceleration initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed feedback on successes and recommendations
• Participate in quarterly business reviews, reporting on achievements and outlining future strategies
• Manage regional budget, procurement processes, and accountability for marketing spend

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Senior Field Marketing role
• Previous experience in the IT industry, ideally within a B2B SaaS technology environment
• Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, primarily within UKI but occasionally to Europe or the US

Location: Remote working contract based in London, England, with occasional travel to London and Bristol offices
