Senior People Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS client in Manchester who is experiencing rapid growth following recent funding. They've scaled from a small team to over 200 people and are preparing for the next phase of expansion. Our talent team is seeking a Senior People Partner to help refine and scale their people systems to support ambitious growth targets.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester with up to 4 days working from home per week. You'll join a lean, high-impact People function that has successfully built the foundation—now they need someone who has navigated similar scaling challenges to help them avoid common pitfalls and build best-in-class systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks that define excellence and performance standards across the organization
• Develop and refine internal levels frameworks and compensation structures that reward and retain top performers
• Embed performance excellence standards throughout the business in partnership with leadership
• Provide coaching to managers on a team-by-team basis to drive overall performance improvement
• Build scalable people processes that enable employees to do their best work as the company grows from 230 to 300+ people
• Leverage AI and technology to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Collaborate with the Head of People and People Partner on strategic initiatives spanning the next 12-18 months
• Measure success through business and team performance impact rather than activities delivered

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a People Partner who has been through a scaling journey in SaaS businesses, ideally from 100-300+ employees
• Deep understanding of what impacts culture—both positively and negatively—during rapid growth phases
• Track record of building people systems that scale alongside business growth
• Commercial mindset with focus on measurable business impact
• Strong credibility and communication skills to influence and bring managers along on change initiatives
• AI-native approach: you view AI as leverage and actively use tools to improve ways of working
• Knowledge-sharing mindset and commitment to developing people around you
• Comfortable in a senior individual contributor role without direct reports
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
