Success Story Communicator

About This Opportunity

We are representing a healthcare consulting and development organization based in Cologne. Our client works with healthcare facilities, develops educational programs, and implements innovative projects to advance professional care practices. They need someone who can uncover the compelling stories behind their work and share them with the world.

As a Success Story Communicator, you'll identify impactful projects, interview team members and stakeholders, and transform these insights into engaging content for LinkedIn, their website, and newsletters. You'll work independently using modern AI tools to create and repurpose text, images, audio, and video content across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify success stories, compelling projects, and relevant themes within the organization
• Proactively reach out to colleagues and project participants to conduct brief interviews and gather information
• Develop LinkedIn posts, website success stories, project reports, and newsletter content
• Repurpose existing content from podcasts, events, and projects across different channels
• Utilize AI-powered tools to edit and transform image, audio, and video materials into formats such as short clips, teasers, graphics, and social media content
• Collaborate on forward-looking content planning and maintain a simple editorial calendar
• Take initiative when you discover good stories—no need to wait for formal assignments

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing skills and good feel for language
• Curious, open personality who enjoys connecting with people
• Reliable, structured, and independent work style
• Self-starter who develops ideas rather than waiting for fully prepared tasks
• Interest in communication, content creation, social media, and storytelling
• Interest in healthcare, nursing, education, or organizational development topics is a plus
• Previous experience with LinkedIn, CMS systems, newsletters, content creation, or AI tools is welcome but not required
• Studies in communications, media, business, health sciences, or nursing sciences can be relevant, but are not mandatory

Our client isn't looking for someone to simply "manage" a social media channel. They want someone who asks: What actually happened here? What changed? Why is this project special? Who should know about it?

Position Details

• Location: Cologne with flexible home office arrangements and typically one shared workday per week in the office
• Start date: October 1, 2026 or as soon as possible
• Employment type: Mini-job basis or internship option available

Pay

This position offers €603 per month on a mini-job basis as stated by the employer, with an internship option also available.
