Java Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization based in Martinsried, Germany, seeking a talented Java Full Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you'll develop scalable applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools as part of your daily workflow. You'll contribute to designing, building, and optimizing modern software solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design and creation of scalable software, including both client-side and server-side architecture
• Write clean, functional, and maintainable code for front-end and back-end systems, consistently using AI tools to optimize efficiency and code quality
• Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and accuracy across all systems
• Identify, debug, and resolve coding issues to maintain optimal system performance
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase
• Develop and implement new features that enhance user experience and functionality
• Oversee automated testing processes and provide feedback to management during development cycles

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and HTML5
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Vue.js, and REST APIs
• Practical database knowledge with MySQL, MariaDB, or Oracle
• AI-first mindset: demonstrated experience with AI-powered development tools and a commitment to actively integrating AI into your daily workflow
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a sharp mind for identifying challenges and delivering effective solutions
• Collaborative team player who values open communication and shared ownership
