Product Manager (m/f/d) Home Energy Solution (B2C)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization at the forefront of sustainable energy and mobility solutions. Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead their B2C home energy solution offerings in the Munich area. This is an opportunity to shape products that directly impact the transition to emission-free energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle for smart charging and home energy management solutions serving residential customers
• Conduct customer research to identify needs and translate insights into product features that deliver exceptional user experiences
• Define and execute product strategy to expand addressable markets and enable geographic expansion
• Coordinate all product launch activities and maintain transparent communication with internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate with home energy management technology partners to ensure seamless system integration, with initial focus on the German market
• Work cross-functionally with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams to deliver end-to-end customer experiences
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding home energy solutions
• Monitor product financial performance and adjust roadmaps based on business metrics
• Track market developments, regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in electric mobility and energy sectors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Background in the energy industry, preferably managing B2C energy products
• Demonstrated experience in home energy management, energy, or electric mobility sectors
• Comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments and building products from the ground up
• Ability to maintain strategic perspective while managing competing stakeholder interests
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both internal and external partners
• Collaborative team player with hands-on mentality and cross-functional experience
• Fluency in both German and English
