Werkstudent*in Strategy / Research (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin seeking a working student (Werkstudent*in) for their Strategy and Research function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, and data-driven communications planning while completing your studies.

This role is based in Berlin and requires availability for at least 18 months. The position is open immediately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify target audience insights and behavioral patterns
• Support the development of brand and communication strategies
• Assist in creating customer journey maps and frameworks
• Research and evaluate consumer trends and societal developments
• Support planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research designs
• Assist in defining and analyzing relevant brand and campaign KPIs
• Work with tracking data, social listening tools, search volumes, and market research data

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Psychology, Psychology, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex topics into concise summaries
• Genuine interest in people, brands, target audiences, and especially data analysis
• Comfort working with statistics, tracking data, social listening platforms, and market research
• Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently on assigned tasks
• Conscientious, detail-oriented approach to work with strong personal accountability
• German language proficiency required for this role
• Previous internship experience is a plus but not mandatory
