Customer Experience – Dental Lab Technician (Germany)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential dental technology organization that is modernizing clinical workflows across Europe. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician to join their remote team in Germany. In this role, you'll combine your technical lab expertise with client-facing communication skills to support clinicians through complex digital cases and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinicians in real-time to review and refine case designs, providing expert guidance on complex restorative and implant cases
• Deliver live technical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot workflows, answer questions, and resolve case-related issues
• Act as a technical liaison between doctors and production teams, translating clinical feedback into actionable production guidance
• Build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic, professional support that instills confidence in digital dental solutions
• Manage multiple simultaneous conversations while maintaining quality standards and meeting tight case deadlines

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a dental lab technician
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design software, including implant and crown & bridge workflows
• Strong understanding of digital dental processes, implant systems, scan bodies, and design best practices
• Proven ability to learn new dental design platforms quickly and navigate technology with confidence
• Experience in a customer-facing lab role is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable engaging in real-time conversations via chat, phone, and video with clinicians
• Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Native or near-native fluency in German with strong knowledge of local dental terminology; English fluency required for team collaboration
• Willingness to work in a rapidly evolving, fully-digital lab environment
