Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a leading communications agency in Berlin for a Junior Art Director role. In this position, you will develop cohesive visual design concepts across multiple channels and formats. You'll evaluate whether social assets work at a glance and ensure imagery aligns with messaging. You'll refine strong ideas with visual polish and maintain clarity even when projects become complex. Day-to-day, you'll handle intricate subject matter with clean execution and tackle both large strategic challenges and smaller tactical deliverables.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1.5 years of agency experience with exposure to typography, design trends, and creative production
- Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual systems and execute them independently
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content
- Strong design sensibility combined with curiosity about underlying structure and strategy
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Practical understanding of AI tools and when to deploy them effectively
- Self-directed work style with attention to detail
